Before using GivenGain to email any supporters
- Some of the supporters in our database provide personal support for 24-7 Prayer staff members. You must make sure that you consider removing these supporters from any email or hard copy mailshots if the communication might be seen as inappropriate by the supporter or the staff member receiving the support. The supporters primary relationship will usually be with the individual rather than 24-7 Prayer. Supporters can be identified by Personal Supporter group checkboxes on the right hand side of the individuals contact record, or by selecting the entire group from the 'Database/Groups' page.
