Key Team Priorities for this year:

1. Provide resources and help to fully establish Boiler Room Centre’s and to connect smaller communities to them.  This to include the provision of some training schemes which they can use, encouragement to hold Open Days and some guidelines on planting new communities.

2. To help clarify terminology of Boiler Rooms and Communities through the 4 R system.

3. Continue to build on our training review and implement a menu of training.

4. To work with the Web team to create clear and up to date information about Communities and Learning on the 24-7 Global website.

5. To develop communication across Communities and Boiler Rooms.

6. To help and support the US team and European teams in delivering the two gatherings in May and September this year. In particular to help and ensure attendance at the Neil Cole gathering in Amsterdam in the autumn.
