Roles & Responsibilities Within 24-7Prayer
Charlotte Terris has many roles within 24-7 she is part of the UK team, that focuses on the promotion and strategy of prayer within the UK. She is also part of the International Prayer team, helping people globally to access prayer rooms. The role that takes up the majority of her time though is 24-7’s Trading Coordinator.
In her role as trading coordinator she manages three main areas of activity: o The entire product lifecycle of 24-7’s products (Int.) o Creating Resources for people within 24-7Prayer & Maintaining the Branding (UK) o 24-7’s presence at Festivals and other Events (UK)
Responsibility for 24-7’s product lifecycle includes meeting with people who have ideas & requirements for tailorised products and the procurement of the product. She has stock management and stock control, profitability, sales and marketing. While works closely with other areas of the movement to ensure a consistent approach to brand and product strategy across 24-7 Prayer. Budgeting and funding will be agreed with the General Manager.
Development of new resources is a key component of her role, as well as accountability for the appropriateness of products with relation to the 24-7prayer brand. This will result in resources that increase income to 24-7prayer, but also in the development of resources that are distributed under a deliberate policy to break-even or to provide at a loss, depending on the priorities of the 24-7prayer movement.
Charlotte will organise a representative for 24-7 Prayer at festivals and other events, Training people on the management of the 24-7 stand, and the products sold there. This will involve recruitment of volunteers to assist with the staffing of the stand. Additionally, she will liaise with the General Manager to ensure appropriate supporter information and other general information about the movement. Making sure that 24-7 prayer presented appropriately.
Special projects may be undertaken as required through agreement with the General Manager and she also occasionally assists with the wider tasks associated with running 24-7.

Boiler Room Discount
We want you to be able to spread the 24-7prayer virus as quickly and easily as possible. I’m aware that many boiler rooms struggle financially so I’m pleased to inform you that we can resource your boiler room or Resource Centre with a MASSIVE Discount.
If you want anything from the global site you will be able to purchase it at cost price plus 15%, this is excluding postage and packaging.
We want to help you put money back in to your boiler room / Resource Centre, so you can charge people the full price of the item and you can pocket the difference.
For UK based Boiler Rooms & Resource Centres - in February & August of each year you will receive an invoice for the books you have sold. In order to receive this discount it is essential that a stock count is sent to charlotte@24-7prayer.com on the first working day of the month.
