Household consumables eg toilet rolls, kitchen items – to be provided by Matrix.

Cleaning – 24-7 will be responsible for cleaning its specific areas of use on a regular basis, and will maintain their areas in a clean and tidy manner, being conscious of health, hygiene, and safety for all Pavilion users. This includes the regular transfer of refuse sacks to the refuse bin provided at the Matrix Lodge. Etienne Piek will draw up a schedule for this. It is of utmost importance that we all take responsibility for this. There will be NO room for dirty cups standing all over the place. If you use something, please wash it immediately and put it away. Let’s function in a place that is neat and welcoming to guests.

Food – 24-7 Prayer should be conscious of food & hygiene regulations with regard to use of the kitchen, fridge, and general safety.

Security and safety – 24-7 have absolute responsibility for security and safety of the building during their business hours – locking up, checking windows, doors, water heating, heating, water, equipment. No building access should be given to the public. This would be the responsibility of EVERYONE who leaves the building last, to check that all windows and doors are closes and that all lights and warmers are switched off.

Insurance – 24-7 have full responsibility to insure their own equipment, stock, possessions, personal effects. No cash should be left on the premises.

Smoking and the use or storage of alcohol are not allowed on the premises.
