Printing

Mac and PC

Print using the Lexmark 736de driver on your machine.

Copying

1. Place the document to be copied into the sheet feeder or onto the scanner plate by lifting the lid.
2. Use the screen to select your copy and associated options. You will need to enter the code given you to be able to copy.

Emailing

1. Place the document to be emailed into the sheet feeder or onto the scanner plate by lifting the lid.
2. Use the screen to select email and enter any options you require, along with the email address of the recipient. You will need to enter the code given you to be able to send the email.

Scanning

PC

1. Start the ScanBack Utility installed on your PC (ask Pete to help you with this if you don't have it installed already). Follow the instructions, entering the user id '247staff' and the password you were given, along with the details of where you would like the file stored on your PC. Accept the security warning popups.
2. Scan the document using the 'held jobs' icon on the printer and your job name. The file will be transferred to your machine in the location you specify.

Mac

1. Start a browser session and navigate to http://192.168.2.225.
2. Select 'Scan Profile'. Once the popup window has opened follow the instructions, entering the user id '247staff' and the password you were given, along with the details of where you would like the file stored on your Mac. Please uncheck the 'multiple use profile' checkbox. Accept the security warning popups.
3. Taking note of the shortcut number and instructions on your screen, scan the document by entering the shortcut number on the printer. The file will be transferred to your machine in the location you specify.
