Canceling Repeat Credit/Debit Card Donations

  • Log in to Worldpay.
  • Click on the Futurepay administration link.
  • Find the agreement you wish to amend by selecting 'agreement statement', then 'view statement', entering the relevant date range. Once the agreement is displayed, select 'view details'.
  • Scroll down to the 'cancel' button and select it to cancel the agreement. This will send a callback to the 24-7 server to store that this has been cancelled as well.
  • Logout of the Worldpay system. By selecting the home link and 'end worldpay session'.
