Sending Rewind to the mailing list

1. Do a test with hotmail, yahoo and gmail before sending Rewind out to the wider list. Sometimes our emailer does very funky stuff with html mail.
2. Once everything has been tested, send Rewind out to the main mailing list by (still to be completed)
